Lets start by thanking all students for their fantastic performances at Bustagroove’s annual Christmas show and thanking all parents and families for their support.

NEW YEAR FITNESS AND FUN (burn the calories in a fun way, DANCE!)

Yes! All Bustagroove classes have now returned and we have lots of new exiting choreo to teach and fun-filled Zumba classes to attend. Our street classes will be focusing on old skool Funk and nu style hip hop this term :) Our tap classes will be infused with a flavor of funk and new skool :)

We are running a 6 week trial of Teens Zumba classes at Redbridge School from 4th Jan, 6-7pm These classes are ONLY £1 A WEEK! (deal for the 6 weeks only) Classes are for ages 12-16 yrs

We have January deals on all our adult classes, check them out on our class page

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU IN CLASS!!!!
